Adept at troubleshooting, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings. Enhancing my skills through my role as IT Support at Ocean Breeze Waterpark. Currently expanding knowledge of networking protocols, security, and systems management, while actively collaborating with management and other staff to effectively complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
